Valentine's Day arts event at Forum Cinema
An exhibition of amorous artwork is to take place on Valentine's Day.
Portraits of famous faces, including Audrey Hepburn and Holly Golightly, by North East artist Sue Liddle, will go on show at the cafe in the Forum Cinema in Hexham.
The exhibition will also be accompanied by a short film screening at 5.30pm, by local film maker Josephine Halbert.
The film, Time Travel Boyfriends, is a collection of visual love letters to 12 unavailable men.
The Valentine's Day special is being supported by two local companies, Fentimans soft drinks, French restaurant Bouchon Bistrot, who are providing prizes for a draw.
Hexham community partnership officer,Tamsin Beevor , said: "We have been hosting exhibitions by local artists in the café for several months, and it is a coincidence Sue's work should fit so well with our programme.
